ValClips by ALLUSIONS

You play. ValClips finds the story.

ValClips reads a whole gameplay session, ranks the moments that make a story, previews the edit, and lets you choose how it should feel. Nothing is published until you have reviewed it, and every claim in a clip has to be backed by what was on screen.

Stories first, ranked.

The session is one sitting across your recordings. The Director ranks what is worth making and says why, before you ever open a file.

Preview the actual edit.

The preview is the rendered edit, not a mock-up of one. Move the playhead or pick a beat to check each cut, with the shape of the edit laid out in time underneath.

The Preview step: the story Same opponent, 5 times, its 20-second vertical rendered edit paused at 6 seconds, the other stories in a rail on the left, and five beats laid out along a timeline below.
Preview, paused on beat 2. The footage is the maker's own gameplay.

Choose how it breathes, then render.

A treatment changes pacing, not the facts: every treatment keeps the same verified kills. ValClips renders the treatment you choose.

As planned
Your profile's own pacing, with the kill-feed proof and brand row.
Clean
Let the play carry it. No caption or brand row; the real kill-feed proof stays.
More Energy
Tighter lead-in, shorter tails, less air between beats. Hard cuts; no added effects.
More Gameplay
More context before each beat and after the finish. No caption over the action.
The Treatment step, headed Give it your pace: As planned selected among Clean, More Energy and More Gameplay, beside a source frame of the story marked Source recording, not yet the edit, and the pacing, duration, caption and brand-row settings.
Treatments beside a source frame of the recording. Names in the in-game kill feed are blurred.

Nothing is published before you check it.

The story, its title, its proof and where it goes are reviewed together. A finished render is not an approval: until you have reviewed it, ValClips will not publish, and the checks run again on the exact file right before any upload.

The Ready step, headed Ready for the final check: the title, treatment and length on the left with the warning Review the render before it can be ready, and a publication handoff list on the right: rendered and measured, kills verified as yours, your review not done yet, and the destination's sign-in needing renewal.
The real state of this story: rendered and verified, not yet reviewed, so not publishable. The channel name and file path are blurred.

What it is, and what it is not

It is

  • An editor that works on the recordings your capture tool already makes. It does not record.
  • Local: sessions are read, ranked and rendered on your PC.
  • Strict about proof: a kill counts only when the evidence ties it to your accounts.

It is not

  • A replacement for your recorder or clipping tool.
  • A promise of views. It finds stories worth making; it does not predict how they will do.
  • Available yet. There is no public download or public repository.
